To meet or exceed OHSA Regulations for Construction, we ensure our employees attend annual and regular training for the following:
Confined space awareness
First aid / CPR
Fork lift, rough terrain
Propane in construction
Steel erection and decking installation
Supervisors are held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. All employees must work in compliance with health and safety legislation, and with the practices and procedures spelled out in the health and safety program of Kirby Structures Ltd. It is in the best interest of all parties to consider accident prevention in every activity. Commitment to health and safety is an integral part of this company. Compliance with the company health and safety policy and program will be regularly reviewed at all employee levels and violations will be recorded and addressed.
